Ruben Enriquez

With deep sadness, we announce that Ruben Gonzales Enriquez of Bronx, New York, a treasured husband, father, grandfather, and brother, passed away on June 15, 2026, at the age of 70. Born on December 21, 1955, in Isabela, Basilan, Philippines, Ruben was the beloved son of Rodolfo Enriquez Sr. and Alicia Gonzales. He was a man of faith, devoted to his Catholic beliefs, and lived a life full of love, laughter, and hard work.

Ruben was a self-employed carpenter, a trade he honed with patience, precision, and unmatched dedication. His craftsmanship was not only his livelihood but also his passion, and he took great pride in creating beautiful structures with his own hands. He found joy in every piece of wood he shaped and every project he completed, leaving a tangible legacy of his talent and dedication in the homes and hearts of those who cherished his work.

Ruben is survived by his loving wife, Ma Nela T. Enriquez, his children Robbie Neil T. Enriquez, Valerie Venne T. Enriquez, and Dralen Rue T. Enriquez. He was a doting grandfather to Emrie Elan, Remson Lerie, Ralven Nelson, Mizzy, Cshe Cshe, and Riley Francis, each of whom brought immense joy to his life. He also leaves behind his siblings Adelina, Gudelia, Hector, Rodolfo Jr., and Mercedes. Ruben's love for his family was profound and unwavering, and his presence will forever be missed but never forgotten.
