Medine Cafer, age 72, of Parsippany, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on January 17, 2026. She was born on June 20, 1953, in Mardan, Pakistan, to Ubeyd Ahmet Ucar and Mesture Aykanat. Medine lived a life rooted in family, strength, and devotion, touching the hearts of all who knew her. Medine was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Abdulvahit Cafer, who passed away in 1996. She is survived by her loving children, Neslihan Cafer-Montez and Aydin Cafer; and her cherished grandsons, Daniel Montez and Lucas Cafer, who brought her immense joy and pride. Medine's memory will live on through her family, friends, and all those whose lives she impacted with her kindness and resilience. In accordance with her wishes, her body will be shipped to Istanbul, Turkey, where she will be laid to rest. May she rest in eternal peace.
