Maria Nerie Banca Mangaliman

Maria Nerie Banca Mangaliman, 87, of Lake Grove, New York, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2025, at Stony Brook Hospital. She was surrounded by loved ones in her final moments.
Maria was born and raised in Pila, Laguna, Philippines, and spent her life devoted to her family, friends, and community. Her warmth, generosity, and caring nature touched everyone she encountered. She was known for her kind heart, her infectious laughter, and her unwavering love for her family.
Maria is survived by her children, Eugenia Mangaliman, Cristina Tee (Paulino) and Noel Felimon Mangaliman (Claudia); grandchildren, Harvey, Harold, Karen, Philip, Kristina, Charmaine, Christine and William. She was preceded in death by her husband Hortencio Mangaliman.
A dedicated mother, grandmother, and friend, Maria's legacy of love and kindness will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Her family finds comfort in knowing that she lived a full life, touching many with her compassion and selflessness.
Maria will be deeply missed but never forgotten. May she rest in peace.
Funeral Services will take place in Pila, Laguna, Philippines under the professional care of Zuasola Funeral Homes, Philippines. Interment will be at San Antonio Memorial Park, Pila, Laguna at a later date.
