Manuel Aquino

Manuel "Manny" Manaig Aquino, of Jersey City, New Jersey, born on August 18, 1958, in Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines, was a man of remarkable strength, humility, and resilience. Throughout his life, Manuel embodied the essence of hard work, compassion, and a deep sense of responsibility towards his loved ones. His journey from the bustling streets of Pasig City to the vibrant neighborhoods of Jersey City, New Jersey, where he resided for 35 years, was a testament to his indomitable spirit and ceaseless determination.

For 35 years, Manuel served as a dedicated housekeeper in the environmental services industry, proving that no job was too small or insignificant when done with integrity and commitment. He was a humble hero, taking pride in his work and finding fulfillment in creating clean and comfortable spaces for others. His diligence and dedication earned him respect and admiration from those he worked with and served.

Manuel's most cherished role, however, was that of a loving father to his children, Shiela and Reginald Aquino. His love for his family was the driving force behind every decision he made and every step he took. He was a pillar of strength and a beacon of wisdom for his children, guiding them with his innate wisdom and unwavering support. Manuel is survived by his son, Reginald Aquino and his wife, Franchette Balbuena, his daughter, Shiela Aquino, and his mother, Sofia Aquino. He was preceded in death by his father, Mariano Aquino.

Manuel left an indelible mark on the hearts of those he encountered, and his legacy will continue to inspire and guide those who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be deeply missed, but his memory will forever be etched in our hearts.
