Jose Nicolas Del Rosario

–

Belleville, New Jersey

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Jose Nicolas Del Rosario, who left us on October 30, 2024 at the age of 56. Jose was a devoted father, a loving husband, and a friend to many. He was known for his unwavering dedication to his daughter, Sofia Jeune, with whom he shared a special bond that was the foundation of his life.
Jose was the kind of father who went above and beyond in every way. He took great joy in dropping Sofia Jeune off at school each day, playing with her, and ensuring that she felt loved and supported. He was always ready to prepare a warm meal for his family with care and affection. His presence in her life was a constant source of comfort, laughter, and stability.
Jose was also the best husband to his wife, Myra Sofia. Together, they shared countless moments of love and laughter. Whether it was cooking side by side, driving her to errands, delivering orders, or picking up groceries, Jose's devotion to his wife was evident in every action. His care and dedication to her well-being were unwavering, and he found joy in the simplest tasks they shared together.
Beyond his family life, Jose was a man of great faith. He was one of the founders of Jesus the Savior Church, where he served as a pastor, guiding and nurturing his congregation with love and wisdom. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Bible Studies at Nyack College, Jose was ordained as a pastor in 2022. His passion for spreading the word of God and supporting his community through his faith was evident in all that he did. His ministry touched countless lives, and his legacy will continue to inspire those who were blessed to know him.
Jose is survived by his loving wife, Myra Sofia B. Del Rosario, his cherished daughter, Sofia Jeune Bagsit Del Rosario, and his siblings, Evelyn DR. Ponio, Corazon DR. Buenaventura, Marita DR. Ignacio, Nilo Del Rosario and Analiza DR. Santos. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose Del Rosario Sr. and Remedios Nicolas Del Rosario.
A visitation will be held on November 9, 2024, Saturday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Jesus the Savior Church, 58 James St., Bergenfield, NJ 07621 to celebrate Jose's life and the impact he made on all who knew him.
Additional Funeral service will take place at Angat, Bulacan, Philippines under the professional care of Bernard De Guzman Memorial Chapel and Crematory. Interment will be at the later date in Amman Angel of Meadows Memorial and Nature Park.
Jose's love for his family, his faith, and his community will never be forgotten. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him, and his spirit will continue to guide and inspire us.
