Arturo Cruz

Arturo T. Cruz, 83, of Belleville, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 22nd at the Complete Care Center at St. Vincent's in Cedar Grove. Arturo was born in Guihulngan, Negros Oriental, Philippines, and spent many years working as a Realtor before his retirement.
He is remembered as the devoted husband of the late Carolina (nee Bajamunde), and the loving father of Francis, and of the late Lorenzo, whose wife Leni survives him. He's a loving grandfather to his only granddaughter, Yanna and a father in law to Analiza. Arturo is also cherished by many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Francisco Mercado and Vicenta (nee Trasmonte) Cruz, along with his siblings.
Visitation will take place on Friday, November 28th from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Zuasola Funeral Home, 101 Union Avenue, Belleville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, November 29th at 9:00 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Church, Belleville. Cremation will follow privately. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday before the Mass.
