Ana Sejuela

–

Belleville, New Jersey

Ana Amelia Sejuela, a beloved mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother, left us on October 20, 2026. Born to the late Hemerildo Irizarry and Gelbilda Andujar on September 19, 1949, in the beautiful town of Utuado, Puerto Rico, Ana was an eternal beacon of love, resilience, and grace. She made her home in Bloomfield, New Jersey, where she imparted these values to her children and everyone who had the privilege of crossing her path.

Ana was the cherished mother of Idelfonso, Gabriel, and Michael Sejuela, who will forever carry her strength and spirit in their hearts. Her love extended to her siblings - Delpha Irizarry, Doris Velez, Maximo Irizarry, Eldemira Irizarry, Sergia Irizarry, and the late Estella Cruz, Elpidio Cruz, and Orlando Irizarry - who all experienced her unwavering support and kindness. Ana's legacy lives on through her grandchildren - Gabriel Sejuela Jr., Christian Sejuela, Nick Sejuela, Joshua Sejuela, Miguel Seguela and Aleanis Sejuela - and her great-grandchildren, Aubree and Kayla Sejuela, who will always remember their great-grandmother's infectious laughter and boundless love.

Ana's life was a testament to the adage that love knows no bounds. Her ability to care deeply and unconditionally was truly exceptional. She accepted everyone, loved unreservedly, and always offered a helping hand. Ana's private cremation is a reflection of her wish to farewell her loved ones in an intimate setting. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 3:00pm to 5:00pm, to celebrate Ana's remarkable life.

We invite all who knew and loved Ana to share their memories of her and upload photos to her memorial page. In doing so, we can keep the essence of Ana's spirit alive, illuminating our lives just as she did throughout her extraordinary journey with us.
